The CIT Programme is designed to help our students obtain greater success in all areas of their lives, making seemingly impossible dreams become reality. This programme is based on 25 years of experience in developing the world’s finest martial arts instructors.

The CIT Programme has no restrictions of age, rank or physical ability. Instructors are selected on personal merit.
